Austrian Cultural Forum
Founded in 1990, museum in progress has worked with an impressive roster of artists in publications such as Der Standard (Austrian daily newspaper), Profil (Austrian weekly news magazine), Suddeutsche Zeitung (German daily newspaper) as well as billboard sites in several cities and other public spaces. The aim is to inhabit a space outside the traditional environment for art, hence a museum 'in progress', a virtual museum of temporary works.
The archive includes an exhibition of works commissioned by mip for media spaces and publications:
