Sucking Marks $10, commercial service, Scope Miami, 6–10 December 2006

Contract between the Sucker and the Sucking Hosts
This is a contract between Marlene Haring, hereinafter referred to as the Sucker, and Marc de Puechredon and Alexander Giese, trading as MarcDePuechredon, hereinafter the Sucking Hosts. The Client referred to in this document is the client of the Sucker.

The following is agreed.

The Sucker shall carry out the work known as ‘Sucking Marks $10’ from Wednesday 6 December 2006 until Sunday 10 December 2006 under her own rules of performance at Scope Miami, Roberto Clemente Park, 101 NW 34th St, Miami, FL 33127. The Sucker’s working hours and breaks will be announced at the Sucker’s worksite. The Sucking Hosts will provide the worksite for carrying out the work as specified above, furnished according to the Sucker’s requirements free of charge.

Important note: According to the Sucker’s terms of trade, The Sucker will apply one sucking mark to the Client’s skin on receipt from the Client of ten US dollars in cash. In personally handing over the money, the Client enters a contract with the Sucker and agrees to a waiver. Therefore, CASH ONLY: no credit can be extended to the Client or the Sucking Hosts. Alterations to these terms are possible only by agreement between the Sucker and the Client.

The Sucker will render the Sucking Hosts 50% of her earnings during the period specified above, after costs, in cash, no later than 12 noon on 11 December 2006.
